SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship with a reliable trucking company which provides an in home deliver service throughout the Continental US. Allow 4-6 weeks for deliveries east of the Mississippi and 6-8 weeks for delivery west of the Mississippi. Any items weighing over 400 lbs may require you to have additional help for unloading. Price quotes are based upon weight. Some items are given minimum weight because of size and shape of the item. Customers will be notified as to the delivery time (approx. maximum 4 hour time window) to allow a customer time to meet the driver at the delivery location. The buyer should be present upon delivery because of our return policy (see Returns).

During the checkout process you will enter your name and address and contact numbers to establish a customer account so that shipping charges can be computed. You will have the opportunity to view the exact charge for shipping and handling prior to inputting any credit card information. If everything meets to your satisfaction, completion of the transaction is just two clicks away.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Order Furniture or other goods not in stock could take 4 to 6 months for delivery and must be paid for in advanced.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Do not purchase an item if you are unsure of color, size, etc. Any merchandise damaged upon delivery must be turned over to the freight company at the time of delivery for credit. If merchandise is accepted upon delivery, there will be no future credit given. There are no future warranties or guarantees made after acceptance.

REFUSED PACKAGES

Please do not place an order with us if you anticipate that you may refuse the package upon delivery. In all cases of refused packages, shipping and handling services will not be refunded. If you place an order with us and refuse the package upon delivery for any reasons (other than damage), all further orders placed by you will be immediately cancelled; no exceptions.
